In order to obtain a license in the state of Texas, you must pass a Texas Law Exam as well as the National Board Exam.  Information on the Texas exam may be obtained from the Texas Funeral Service Commission website linked above.  Information on the National Board Exam may be obtained from the International Conference of Funeral Service Examining Boards.  Go to their website by clicking on this link
