At the June 2012 Board of Directors meeting in Corpus Christi, the TFDA Board adopted a Code of Conduct. All
members of TFDA should make themselves aware of this Code of Conduct. For a copy, call the TFDA office at

Most Years, the TFDA ByLaws are amended at the Stakeholders Meeting at the First General Session at Conveniton. The ByLaws adopted in 2015 are attached.
